Conflict Resolution

Conflict resolution training has primarily targeted leadership groups, teachers and administrators to increase professional competency specifically in the language skills needed in public service today. Hand-outs are included using language models for attendees to reflect on, use or modify for their own circumstances.  The training includes acknowledging our own habits when faced with a conflict and with a focus on understanding the brain’s neurological response to stress. Presentations are designed for 1.5 hour sessions so that multiple sessions may be provided for professional workshops within a professional development day.
